I was in the shower listening to my iRadio earlier when this song came on I really wanted to download… Forgot to do it before we went to GH and Carla’s so I was just trying to find it now. Atreyu, Jesse McCartney, and all these other artists came up, but no cigar. Somehow I got the right search and Google presented me with the correct song by… Cage The Elephant. WTF kind of band name is this? I mean, it’s nice and original, I guess, but… haha kinda makes me wonder how many animal activists have issues. Oh, my. Don’t even get me started.

GH and Carla’s was nice, I guess. Carla always makes these huge dinners with such a variety. I love it. Though I feel like we were only there for a little bit. Granted, my parents just got home and I returned about an hour ago with my Nana and Grampy. PreCalculus accompanied me to Milford, and I actually did attempt to do some of it but with all the commotion and my lack of social interactions, I was feeling a bit out of place and unable to concentrate. Even in the homes of my own relatives I feel like some sort of social outcast. I told Amanda PreCalculus will always be there for me. I’m turning into a huge geek. PreCalculus will never let me down. Oh no. Those tangents and functions will always be there for me.

Speaking of which, in class on Friday I was chatting with this Junior/Senior (I say Junior/Senior because she should be a Senior but since she transferred from Salem State, she thinks UMD will only accept so many of her credits) after our Professor mentioned how some day PreCalculus might save our lives. She sort of chuckled and was like, “Right. Please explain to me a situation where PreCalculus would save my life.” And me being me, I sort of mumbled something along the lines of, “Figure out this function or I’m going to kill you.” She said it would be a great horror movie, and I quickly rambled off a plot to her for a future horror film starring PreCalculus.

I feel like I haven’t been talking to many friends lately. It seems hanging with Bre is on Bre’s terms. Granted it’s generally because she has so many more friends at UMD than I do (she went LARPing this weekend – Live Action Role Playing. Has anyone seen Role Models? McLovin’? Yes.) Katie’s busy with volleyball and her friends… and Susie and whoever always hang out in a big group and I don’t enjoy large groups. Especially when cameras are involved because it seems Susie hangs out with Mikala often and she regularly has her camera. No thanks.

Oh, woe is Chem major. Baha. Right.
